Thank you for your interest in the new Cox College Dietetic Internship Program! The program is designed to provide the opportunity to develop skills in the areas of clinical nutrition therapy, community nutrition and food service management. Our program’s chosen emphasis area is nutrition therapy. Our unique program strength in nutrition diagnostics will provide future RDs with additional practice skills necessary to be better prepared to meet the emerging trends and priorities within the dietetics profession.
The program has received developmental accreditation by the Commission on Accreditation for Dietetics Education of the American Dietetic Association, 120 South Riverside Plaza, Suite 2000, Chicago, IL 60606-6995, 312/899-4876.
