Cox College provides a residence hall for female students. The residence includes spacious low-cost single rooms, fully equipped kitchenettes and lounges on each floor, and a laundry facility. Other amenities include a supportive community living environment, 24-hour access to computer pods, a trained resident assistant staff, computer labs and a commissioned security force. Commuter students may stay in the residence hall on a nightly basis for a minimal charge if space is available. In addition to college residence life staff, student Residence Assistants (RAs) are available to assist and, if necessary, direct students to the appropriate office or location. Residence Life has an active residence council, which represents on-campus students in the Student Government Association, assists with the residence hall disciplinary process, and plans social and cultural activities for residents. The residence life program ultimately provides a comfortable, secure, accessible living environment to ensure a successful college experience.

Security to the college out of hours is provided by a card entry, an alarm system and the Security department at Cox North. The residence halls are protected via Fingerlan Biometric access points 24 hours / 7 days a week. Students who sign up to live in the residence halls must enroll with Technology Support Services for access to the residence halls.
A Residence Handbook , which clearly delineates safety procedures and responsibilities, is provided for residents. Activities, programs, and services are designed to support students in their academic endeavors and to facilitate personal and professional development. Students are encouraged to participate in both on- and off-campus activities.
