The Cox College Bookstore is located on the Cox North Campus.  We offer students a broad range of supplies and services.  In addition to new and used textbooks, we stock school supplies, insignia sportswear, greeting cards, magazines, cappuccino, snacks and much more. We offer special book ordering at no extra charge available throughout the year. Please note that Book Buyback is always during the final two days of each semester.  We also offer Reference and study aide materials.

Pre-ordering your textbooks

Save time by pre-ordering your books for the semester, they will be ready and waiting for you when the semester begins.  Books that are pre-ordered are ready for pick up the week before classes begin each semester. Please allow 2 business days for your online order to be processed after submission.

Textbook Buyback

Textbooks are bought back the last two days of every semester.

Thursday - 8am to - 5pm
Friday - 8am to 3pm

Buy back pricing: 

If the book is current and the college will be using it next semester, the bookstore will buy it back for ½ of the new price.  (To receive the full amount, the book must be in excellent condition. If the book is current but not going to be used at the college a wholesale company may purchase it for 20 to 30% of the new price.)

Textbook Information

• The textbook list will be available in the bookstore 1 week prior to classes starting.  Students may purchase all required textbooks at the Bookstore.
• Method of payment:  check, cash, visa, master card and student account
• Students may charge on their college account beginning the week before classes start.  Students may charge anything in the store until the end of the second week of school.
• Please Note: Cox College accepts no responsibility for textbooks purchased outside of the Cox College Bookstore. Cox College policy does not allow us to provide ISBN for textbooks.

Refund Policy

The staff of the Cox College Bookstore strives to make your visit to our store as pleasant and efficient as possible.  Our return policy has been designed to assist us in this goal.  Always keep your receipt.  Your receipt is required for a refund.

• Textbooks may be returned for a full refund or credit to student account the first week of school.
• Textbooks for intercession classes may be returned by the end of the first day of class.
• All returns must be accompanied by a receipt.
• New textbook bundles must be returned unopened.

Exceptions

• Stethoscopes may not be returned.
• There will be a $5.00 restocking fee for any uniform item returned.
• No returns for special orders.
