Donating to Cox College allows you to open those doors and the future to promising students. We have hundreds of students who are hard working and passionate, but the reality is that they face severe financial obstacles that stand between them and their goal of becoming competent healthcare professionals.

The current financial situation, an increasing cost of living and higher food prices is further pressuring these students, many of whom are already relying on loans to make their education a reality. In drastic situations, some students are forced to choose between their future education or the survival of their family. The consequence is that the student, their family and the future of health care suffer. Despite generous donors and the ongoing efforts of the Foundation, most students in need rely on loans. These students are graduating deeply in debt with high interest, long term loans. With a rising student population, more restrictive federal grant structures and higher cost of living, the need for scholarship support has grown exponentially. Many of our non-traditional students who have already earned one bachelor's degree are prohibited from receiving some financial aid. Additionally, many of those students are supporting families and working full time while pursuing their degree. It is our goal to try and give every student with substantiated financial need and marked academic achievement the opportunity to receive help from our limited funds.
