Office locations: Cox College rooms 427 and 426
Hours of operation: 7 am to 6pm Monday to Friday, (times may change over holiday periods).

Student Computer Labs

Cox College facilities include three general-use computer labs, two medical coding/transcription labs. All lab machines feature Microsoft office, Internet connectivity and access to CoxHealth library online research materials. In addition, the workstations run computer assisted instruction (CAI) modules used in the various academic programs.
The 3rd floor computer lab located in room 300 has 14 Dell computers all running Windows XP professional and Microsoft Office.
    
The 2nd floor student multimedia lab located in room 223 has 20 Dell computers all running Windows XP professional and Microsoft Office. The other 2nd floor student multimedia lab located in room 226 has 12 Dell computers all running Windows XP professional and Microsoft Office.

All classrooms feature an instructor PC, DVD/VCR, overhead projector, remote keyboard, remote presentation mouse and Internet access to allow multimedia instruction. Many classrooms have the latest smart board or soft board teaching technology. Cox College continually seeks innovative ways to integrate new technology into instruction.

Each current student is given a user-id, password, email account, and network drive storage. Students are expected to adhere to the computer use guidelines specified in the Student Handbook.
