Spring Schedule Instructions:
NOTE: If you have a business office hold on your account, you cannot register for any upcoming semesters until all financial obligations are fulfilled.
Make an appointment with your academic advisor. Schedules will not be accepted unless they are signed by an approved advisor.
- General Education students (students not accepted into a program) are advised to make an appointment with Dr. Wes Rowley or Dr. Phil Stepp. Dr. Rowley’s telephone number is 873-7302 (Drury) and you can make an appointment with Dr. Stepp at Cox’s reception desk.
- Bring your signed schedule to room 116 or 112.
- If you are planning on graduating in the spring, bring your completed graduation checklist with your schedule.
- If you need to have your schedule entered after normal working hours, please call 69-8423 to make an appointment.
- Financial Aid? If you have questions about financial aid, call 69-3060, stop by room 103, or email financialaid@coxcollege.edu.
On-Line Courses
Students taking on-line courses, including those marked as “Ucompass,” should anticipate attending one-time orientation sessions to be held on-campus, either during the first week of the term, or the week immediately prior. Instructors will schedule orientation sessions individually, and dates will be announced via web-site, and by mail. The orientation sessions will allow students to familiarize themselves with web and course technology, sign-on procedures, and obtain passwords, etc. specific to the on-line courses they have registered for.
